Projects

Whether it is a pump/motor group, custom control panel, power unit or a combination of all three, we coordinate these groups to produce your system as quickly as possible without jeopardizing the quality of the unit.  When the unit is completed, a series of inspections are done to ensure that the unit is built properly and to your specifications. The unit is then crated and shipped to its final destination, but TPG Pritchard Hydra-motion's services don't stop there. We can have our highly trained installation experts waiting to properly install the unit into your existing system and have you running as soon as possible.
TPG Pritchard Hydra-motion works directly with the customer to provide specific solutions to your hydraulic and controls fabrication and implementation requirements. We have worked with many of the country’s top engineering firms in providing innovative motion control solutions. The group can provide systems documentation to any level or standards and system design in addition to system fabrication. We have project management capabilities for on-site coordination of your system installation.

Power Units

TPG Pritchard Hydra-motion designs, manufactures and installs integrated power units, lubrication systems and process pumping packages for a multitude of industrial applications and original equipment manufacturers (OEMs). As an innovator and problem-solver, we constantly explore new technologies, providing customers with the unique solutions to their fluid power requirements. 

Breaker Systems

TPG Pritchard Hydra-motion designs, manufactures and installs any above ground or underground breaker system specified by the customer.  TPG Pritchard Hydra-motion counts on one of its top suppliers Allied Construction Products to supply the boom and either an Allied Construction Products breaker or a Rammer breaker for these applications.  TPG Pritchard Hydra-motion designs, manufactures and installs the power units, cab assembly, electrical panel, platform assembly and joystick box (remote or stationary).

Agricultural equipment

TPG Pritchard Hydra-motion designs, and manufactures custom agricultural equipment or sub-assemblies such as pit pals, and mushroom equipment for a number of customers. 

TPG Pritchard Hydra-motion has experience in many other applications such as bale presses, steering flushing systems, steel mill applications, hydroelectric dehydration, remote joystick applications and many others.  Custom manufacturing is our business!
